Hearing yet another news story that forced a mother to give up her baby girl under China's one-child policy, Hubby and I had the following conversation.
Me: We should adopt a Chinese baby.
Hubby: No. (Shakes his head.)
Me: Why not?
Hubby: We can't...we don't speak Chinese.
Me: (LOL)
Silly goose.
